After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Our service hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday.

Return orders submitted after 5:00pm will be prioritized for processing the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:
